WEEKLY RENTAL EXTENSION

This form extends the existing Vehicle Rental Agreement between Buckeye Rides and the Renter on a week-to-week basis. All other terms of the original Vehicle Rental Agreement remain in full force and effect.

Weekly payments are due every seven (7) days from the original pickup date.

A $50 late fee applies if payment is not received on the due date.
If payment is not received within twenty-four (24) hours, Buckeye Rides reserves the right to disable and/or repossess the vehicle.
The vehicle is equipped with GPS tracking and a kill switch.

I acknowledge the payment due dates, late fee policy, and vehicle repossession terms.
