Buckeye Rides Rental Service
By renting a vehicle from Buckeye Rides Rental Service (“Buckeye Rides,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your rental.
1. Eligibility Requirements
Renters must be at least 25 years of age (or as otherwise specified).
A valid driver’s license is required at the time of rental.
Proof of insurance may be required.
Buckeye Rides reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion.
2. Vehicle Use
Vehicles may only be used for lawful purposes.
The renter is responsible for ensuring the vehicle is operated safely and in accordance with all traffic laws.
Vehicles may not be used for racing, towing, off-road driving, or any illegal activity.
Only authorized drivers listed on the rental agreement may operate the vehicle.
3. Rental Period & Returns
Vehicles must be returned on or before the agreed return date and time.
Late returns may result in additional charges.
The vehicle must be returned in the same condition it was rented, excluding normal wear and tear.
4. Fees & Payments
Rental fees are based on the agreed rental period and vehicle type.
Additional charges may apply for late returns, excessive mileage, cleaning, damage, tolls, or traffic violations.
All payments must be made using approved payment methods.
5. Fuel Policy
Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as at pickup.
Refueling charges may apply if the vehicle is returned with less fuel.
6. Damage, Loss, & Liability
The renter is responsible for any damage, theft, or loss of the vehicle during the rental period.
Buckeye Rides is not responsible for personal belongings left in the vehicle.
Optional insurance coverage may be available at an additional cost.
7. Maintenance & Breakdowns
In the event of a mechanical issue, the renter must notify Buckeye Rides immediately.
Unauthorized repairs are not permitted without prior approval.
8. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation policies may vary depending on the rental agreement.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to Buckeye Rides’ cancellation policy.
10. Privacy
Personal information collected during the rental process is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and used solely for business and legal purposes.
